Axis Space was ready to grow, not just in visibility, but in occupancy. Their goal wasn’t to gain more likes or a bigger following — they needed real people walking in, booking tours, and paying for memberships. To get there, they needed a strategy focused on attracting the right audience and converting interest into action.
We approached this challenge by building a creative performance-driven ecosystem across Meta and Google. On Meta, we launched targeted lead campaigns with value-driven creatives for entrepreneurs, small businesses, and professionals looking for flexible workspaces. At the same time, Google Search and Display helped us capture active demand from users already searching for coworking solutions in Fort Lauderdale and nearby areas.
By combining precise segmentation, localized messaging, and continuous optimization, we reduced advertising waste and increased conversion efficiency. Our creative support helped communicate the value of Axis Space in a clear, human way — not just as a workspace, but as a community that empowers productivity, networking and business growth.
